Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

Your present condition may affects the outcome of the planned colposcopy. Regarding the fungal infection if you are confirmed that you are having fungal infection you can take the previous prescription but it should be confirmed first.

There are many conditions which can present with the symptoms you are having I would suggest you to consult your doctor before taking the drugs, so that the exact cause for the symptoms will be identified and it can be treated accordingly.
After taking proper treatment you need to undergo colposcopy.
Thank you.
