Can I Use Vaporiser For Weed To Smoke After My Finger Was Amputated After Gangrene ?

I have a vascular problem which has brought about gangrene in a finger which needed amputated. My surgeon has warned me to avoid smoking, but I was wondering if I could use a vaporiser for weed, as I was smoking it for years and I'm finding it hard to go without, thanks Richard

Hi Richard,

Using a vaporiser could prevent your exposure to smoke but cannabis itself is known to cause vaso-constriction. That is, it can cause constriction of your blood vessels and aggravate your vascular condition. Cannabis can also cause stroke by constricting the blood vessels in the brain. This is a well-known finding and you can a find a lot of research on it. In my opinion, you should give up cannabis for good as it is likely to harm you.

Hope this helps you. Best wishes.
