Can I Wait For Normal Delivery With Less Amniotic Fluid?

Hi doctor this side neha from delhi age 26, im 8months 15 days pregnant and my ultrasound report says bpd 89.8, fl 68.7, ac 304, efw 2615 placenta is fundul grade 111, afi 7 cm no gross anomale seen cephalic placentation,my due date is 12th april 2011....and my doc says that shel wait only for 3-4 days or else shell induce or do c-sec bcoz of less amniotic fluid, u tell me is tyhis report normal or should i go for induction or c-sec or should wait for normal labour pains

There is a possibility of normal delivery with Afi 7; but you require to do Doppler study because if Doppler study is normal than you can wait for one more week and please do repeat Ultrasonography after a week
