Hi,

It is not advisable to give Ibugesic plus. Ibugesic plus is a combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen

Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug which reduces fever and pain but carries the risk of gastritis, stomach ulcer, bleeding and kidney problems.

Since your baby seems to be having some gastric problems also so it can be harmful if ibuprofen is given.

I suggest you use only paracetamol which can be given in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose every 6 hourly that too only if there is high grade fever or there is excessive pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
