Hello,

First of all, confirm migraine through detail history. If headache associated with nausea, throbbing pain, unilateral, then, migraine is the most possibility.

For migraine, Ibuprofen drug can be prescribed. If not helpful, then Rizatriptan tablet can be taken. For repeated migraine prophylactic Amitriptyline can be prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
