Can Imipramine Be Taken For Chronic Spine Pain?

Ok. I have sever c- spine damage I am in pain 24/7 in any given day on a scale of 1-10 im between a 6-12an ACDfF was recommended , but nerve damage exists, I ve had steroids, injections ,muscle injections ,imtake soma ,was taken gabapntin, vision blurred stopped gaba , take soma with klonopin to sleep...tramamdol make some wired , vicoprofen same thing , what about I iprimane ? I need sleep it s en existing co during for 16 years now I was a sgt with nypd on sept 11, when debris fro the second plane hit. Me in the head crating damage from c1-c7. Any relief for the pain ? Ideas I ve seen neuro surgeon ,pain a gem to , E urologist, internist I m out of drs ,and quite desperate Pain Managment not a gem typo Neurologist not urologist ,Syri makes me laugh Well. 164 drs on line and nobody can answer me ?
