Can Instaflex Be Taken Along With Xeralto?

Can I take Instaflex while on xeralto? I am female, 50 years olds and have been on xeralto for about 5 months. I have been having terrible hip pain in both hips. I am still waiting to have a test to see if I have a hip liberal tear or just have no cartilage but doc won t let me of xeralto yet. So was just wondering if I could start taking installed for the pain. I am also taking Tramadohl which is not working at all.

(ANTI COAGULANT).
YOU CAN STOP INSTAFLEX(GLUCOSAMINE).
CAN INCREASE THE DOSE OF TRAMADOL SLOWLY FOR PAIN.
