Can Instaflex Be Taken While Having Recurring Infections After By Pass Surgery?

I had open heart surgury a year ago. trible by pass. I have had an infection in my chest that the doctor keeps giving me antibotics for. and reopening the wound. I also have very bad arthiritis. because of my illness I cannot take my arthiritis medicine. i was looking at a medicine called instaflex or stimeflex. would this be safe for me to take
