Can Instaflex Multivitamins Be Taken Along With BP Medications?

i currently have high blood pressure and a slightly elevated liver count and have very bad joint inflamation,and is interested in taking instaflex joint vitamin.. im currently takin medication for my blood pressure can i add instaflex into my daily regamin without any possible complications with my medication?
