Can Katorol, Chymoral Forte, R-CID And Kondro Be Used For Knee Pain?

Doctor I got a knee pain from last one month ,As i fell down and all weight comes to my left knee . i check with the doctor and he gave me some paiin killer and asked to wear a knee cap . but still pain is not gone . then I went to the orthopedic doctor he said there is ligament injust as i have a swelling on my knee part he suggested to put knee cap with back support and he Suggested to take Katorol ,chymoral forte , R-CID,Kondro. are these medicine will work in healing my pain and swelling . or should i go for MRI Scan , kindly suggest
