Can Keppra And Tramadol Cause Grand Mal Seizure?

have epilepsy and i take keppra x 1000 mg twice a day. I was recently prescribed tramadol, flexril, and steroids for a strain in my neck and a few days later had a 45 mins long grand mal seizure that i felt coming on. could the mix caused the seizure?

Hi,

Tramadol can increase the intracranial pressure and lower the seizure threshold. You can consult a neurologist before continuing Tramadol. All other drugs are safe and can be taken as usual.
