Can Keppra Effect The Health Of The Semen?

My husband is 29 years old and on Keppra1500 mg per day for a seizure disorder related to TBI. We are trying to concieve our second child, and on his most recent Semen Analysis, his motility was non-existant. The Keppra is the only thing different from when we were trying for our first. Could the Keppra be effecting this?
