Can Kratom Affect Medications For Blood Pressure And Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy?

Can Kratom affect medications for blood pressure and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy? Specifically Losartan Potassium, 50 mg and Atenolol? I have an ablation scheduled July 6th and will be taking blood thinners for 30 days. I read a previous answer that said it doesn t affect Eliquis but checking again, just to be sure. Thank you.
