Can L-Theanine Be Take With Trazodone?
I just started taking L-Theanine today (well, trying it), to help with my anxiety and stress. I took one 100mg pill at 3:45pm. I think I do feel a little more relaxed from it. I also have trazodone to help sleep at night (as needed). Would it be safe to take 1/2 a trazodone before bed tonight (25 mg), even though I had the L-theanine earlier? Any interactions? Thank you!!
