Can Lecope M Capsule Be Taken Over Long Periods Of Time?

Due to allergic running nose, doctor in India prescribed for me Lecope M capsule .I have taken for 6 weeks. I got relief. As soon as I have stopped, it has relapsed. I am 38 yrs old , living in USA. My queiries are :
1. Is this medicine available in USA across the counter without prescription?
2. Can I continue to take Lecope M for a long period ?
