Hi Bilal

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that in pregnancy most of the medication should be avoided unless it is very important. Levetiracetam can be taken in pregnancy as a mono-therapy in low dose. But if you wife is taking a comination of two it can lead to congenital malformations , cognitive deficits and abortion.

Kindly consult with your Neurologist and Gynecologist regarding this serious issue.

Hope to have been Helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr. Navneet Bansal
