Can Levothyroxine Dosage Be Increased To Deal With Hair Loss And Brittle Nails?
my question is i am taking 75 mg of levothyroxine, i just had all of left thyroid & part of right because of little cancer they found. I thought taking a higher dosage of med would helpw my hair falling out nails break off easily very tired would a higher dosage or lower dosage help thank you

In my opinion the dosages of levothyroxine should be based on the values of thyroid functions.
Fatigue and hair fall might be due to nutritional deficiencies.
