Can Lipitor Cause Severe Pain In Back And Ribs?

Hi, I am having severe middle to low back pain that also hurts under the left side of my ribs. I have not done anything to hurt myself and just woke up feeling this way, and it's been hurting for about a week. I am also taking lipitor and have been for about 4 months. Could the lipitor be causing this pain.
