Can Lipo Treatment Delay Periods?

I am a 34 year old with normal periods & a 13 yr old from first husband , I tried to concieve for 10 with no success , I am 1 week late & have left ovarian pain with clear/milky discharge .Neg PG test yesterday .But I have had a once a week treatment of ultrasound lipo for the past 3 weeks can it have stimulated anything .
