Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Your blood pressure is uncontrolled at present. You should visit emergency room at present also. Your doctor will gradually reduce your blood pressure and the target will be around 140/90 mmhg.

As an emergency basis you can take lisinopril 10mg at present that you have but visit ER meanwhile.

Ask your doctor about complete heart check up including ecg and 2d echo. Kindly also do your lipid profile, thyroid profile, blood sugar levels and serum Creat levels.

Once your blood pressure will be controlled, continue regular medicines and do regular follow up to your doctor.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
