Can Lorinase Cause A Delay In Periods?

hi doctor, Iam 22 yrs old .I recently took Lorinase tablets for my ear problem and now my period is 20 days late. I did the (blood) pregnency test in the hospital 10 days ago but it came negative.does this medicon have anything to do with delaying my period or could I be pregnant.
