Can Losar A Be Taken Instead Of Amplopres For BP Without Any Side Effects?

Hello Doctor! I am 53 yrs (female) and have been taking Amlopres-5 (Indian) for the last 5 yrs for my BP. Now since 2 weeks my BP is again rising up....so the doc who prescribed the above tab asked me to take 2 tabs and also suggested to take Losar A instead. Since I have cough and wheezing I cannot take all medicines.......I understand that Losar A has got lot of side effects....what is your opinion????
