Can Losartan Tablets Cause Elevated Liver Enzymes In Blood?

hello I am 50 year old female taking 50 mg of losartan daily. I went to the dr last week complaining that I just don t feel right. dizzy actually. Everything during the exam was normal and he did some blood work only to find my liver enzymes were elevated. I have been taking losartan since December. I am a horrible pill taker and wasn t taking it daily until most recently. Ive been taking it everyday at the same time. could this medicine inflate my liver enzymes?

Yes losartan raises a little bit of liver enzymes. It's frequency isn;t so well documented that, how much number of patients will get affected with this side effect but definitely it does raise liver enzymes.
