Can Lupron Affect The Heart Beat Rate After Treated Cancer?

My dad has just finished radiation treatment for Prostate Cancer. He has no signs of cancer but still taking Lupron for the next year. He's been having arithmetic heart beat; breaks out full sweat, heart beat is racing and blood pressure drops. Could he stop taking meds that may be affecting his heart beat?
