Can M2 Tone Syrup Be Taken For Irregular Periods After Taking I-pill?

I had my last period on 22nd march,i had unprotected sex on 7th of april.within 5 hr i took i pill,but these days i m having abdominal cramp on left side,recently i m taking m2 tone syrup as my periods is very irregular,pls suggest me can i continue taking this,is there any chances of pregnancy.i havenot bleed yet after taking i pill.pls help
