Can MRI Detect Damage Caused To Brain By Continuous Use Of Methadone?

I absolutely have question.(Thank you.)
I was on methadone for 10yrs. straight; flat, never skipping a beat, everyday.I know they all say it does nothing harmful to brain, but as time passed I always believed somehow it would be.(There's not a lot of knowledge about long term use & how it affects the brain.)So I've been taking suboxone for 2yrs.now, presently. So here's my question : If there were any damage fr. past, long term usage would MRI detect,or concur ?
