Can Marijuana Be Smoked After A Tonsillectomy?

I get you shouldn t smoke anything shortly after tonsillectomy but my scabs fell off on the 6th day and now I m feeling a lot better. I want to smoke weed but I m concerned about the smoke. I ve seen people saying you should wait a month but that seems like a ridiculously long time being that I could smoke now and may not see harm done. What would you say?

Hello,

I would like to tell you that you should or smoke strictly at least for one month as it will be harmful and can cause infection which take a long long time to recover.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap, Cardiologist
