Can Meftal P Be Administered Again For Persistent Fever Despite Giving A Course Of Meftal P And Paracetamol?

Namaskar doctor... My daughter is 6 years and 27kgs. Night onwards she is getting fever... Not control. We gave mephtal p -7.5ml around 8.30 am. Again she got the fever at 12am we gave p250 -7.5ml. again she got the temperature around 100. Can we again mephtal p syrup. If so how much ml can we give it her. Kindly suggest it. Thank you
