Can Meftal P Be Administered To A Child With Fever When Paracetamol Is Not Helping?

Hi! My son 11 yrs 8 mnths old weighing 49 kgs is having fever since morning. Temperature shot upto 103.1 and then we gave paracetamol 500. Fever is not coming down below 99 and in every 4 hrs it is rising to 102.3. Can we give Meftal P, and if yes, what quantity? Also how many hours after paracetol?
