Can Mega Magnesium And Nu Woman 30 Plus Be Taken Together?

Hi van you please let me know if it is ok to take mega magnesium along with 30 plus nu woman and also a tincture that is made from a herbalist for anxiety I take 2 magnesium a day to nu woman a day and my herbal mix when anxiety is bad I have just introduced 30 plus nu woman as suffering from pre.menapouse symptons just want to check all safe to take together

Nu women 30 is for hormone therapy & Mega Magnesium is a supplement. If it works well you can take but not all at the same time. I suggest you to take these only till you need it, do not make it an addiction but use it as a support therapy to be used at times when you really need it. Instead, try to maintain a healthy lifestyle eat healthy avoid spicy-oily food, stay happy, go for picnics or party.
