Can Meprate Cause Back Pain?

Dear doctor, i am taking thyroxine tablet since 2 and half month for thyroid problem purpose doctor gave me since 3 months i dint have menses so doctor suggest me meprate 10mg i took that also three days back since i dint have my periods , doctor told me this thyroid problem is curable in after 3 moths its true. i am feeling healthy now a days but after meprate took had a back pain .
