Can Metformin And Mayotol Be Taken Along With Mepraze?

Hello docs ...i am suffering from pcos .Now currently i am on metformin and mayotol tables. Still its not helping me to regularlize my cycle .. we are planning to have kid .but worried as i need to induce my cycle by taking mepraze table at times . What’s my situation i wanna know ..

1] Please do not worry.
2] PCOS can be tackled with lifestyle modification.
3] Drink plenty of water. Indulge in routine exercise and healthy diet regimen. Avoid fried foods, Salty foods, Refined sugars. Include more portions of fruits , vegetables and salads in diet.
4] Please start with FOLIC ACID, B 12 supplements at least 3 months before you plan to have baby.
5] Rest of the treatment of your treating doctor should be continued as before.
