Can Metformin Make Me Feel Frozen At Low Temperatures?
I normally tolerate cold weather extremely well, in fact I usually don't wear a coat until the temperature hits below 30°F. I started taking Metformin (500 mg x 2 day) and now I find that I am freezing at 45 or so degrees. I'm also 48 years old and have been taking a low dose aspirin for approximately 5 years or so. Can Metformin cause this or is this just a normal part of the aging process?
