Can Metroprolol Cause Any Side Effect?

I have a coronary spasm and the treatment is metroprolol. I've recently increased my dosage. The last few days I've noticed that I've been drooling out of the left corner of my mouth. Should I be concerned? Could it be because of the larger dose of metroprolol?
