Can Metroprolol Cause Diaphoresis, Dizziness And Vomiting?

Can Metroprolol (recently new med) 50 mg b.i.d. after noninvasive aortic valve replacement (postop one week) cause profuse diaphoresis, dizziness, vomiting, NO chest pain or pressure. Also on 0.5 mg Lisinopril for bp meds. Can this cause above symptoms and Troponin level to be 1st one after (8 pm) sick to be normal, second one next day @ 6 am .25 and third one (3 pm) next day to be .46 caused by overmedication? Pt had aortic stenosis prior to noninvasive AVR. Thank you!
