Can Mexiletine, Rilutek Or Baclofene Intake Result In Increased Blood Sugar Levels?

I have ALS and take several drugs and was wondering if any may cause elevated sugar or false readings as I have now been diagnosed with diabetes. Sugar at 400. Drugs I take: Mexilitene Rilotek Baclofene Lexipro Omaprozole (ant acid) Lisiniprol Toprol

After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that none of these drugs will cause high blood sugars.

If your Random sugars are high then you need proper evaluation. Kindly get an HBA1C done and consult a physician for further treatment.
