Can Microcid Tablets Be Taken To Relieve Swelling And Pain In Ankles?

I am 66years old with weight 72kg. Sometimes I have swelling and pain in my left ancle.Walking less or more increases the pain. Blood uric acid is within normal limit. Occasinally have pains like lighting in my thumb in left leg. Can I take microcid tablets. If so suggest daily dose or other suitable remedies.
