Can Microgynon Cause Brown Discharges Mid Cycle?

Hi, I have been using Microgynon 30 for ten years now. I take my pill regularly and have a week's break every month as prescribed. I had my last break two weeks ago and experienced a "normal" period, however, since then I have had a brown discharge continuously for the last two weeks. This is sometimes gloopy or clotted. I am 25 years old, 5'4", approx 9st and am otherwise healthy. Should I be concerned?
