Can Minoxidil Be Used While Suffering From A Bicuspid Aortic Valve?

Hello! I have a question about Minoxidil usp 5%. I understand that it helps high blood pressure and can t make you have have have and a rapid heart beat. Well I have bicuspid aortic so I wanted to know if it is safe for me to use minoxidil for facial hair growth.
