Can Mintop Cause Spinal Problems?

sir daily usage of mintop can affect any spine related issues? i have used rogain 5 %. but stopped now because in between i suffered disc prolapse at lumbar and later cervical osteophytes. now my hair lossing. can i am curing from the illness. shall i continue to use the medicine?
