Hi...... You can take miralaxe under doctor suggestion. Sometime long time use of miralax cause nause and gas problems most commonly. Bloting in stomach or dizzeness problem occurs than inform your doctor. If you have following problem like...... blood in stool, stomach pain, abdominal crampetc.....than inform a doctor.
