I am 36 and had a mirena fitted for two years I have just had it checked and was told all ok. Since before Christmas I gave felt weak and tired and moody but thought just down juggling work and the preparation for Xmas, over the past two weeks these tired spells have lasted longer and my stomach has become increasingly bloated and with aching pains down below and across my tummy. And I am becoming more teary and short tempered. In fact if it wasn't for the fact of the mirena I would have thought I was pregnant
