Can Misoprostol Result In Malformation Of Fetus?

Hi I had taken misoprostol when I was7 weeks pregnant I bleed for about a month and thought it was a successful abortion.but now when suddenly I got some movement in my stomach I checked with my doctor and she asked me to do an ultrasoud.the ultrasound report now shows that I m 5 months pregnant and the abortion was unsuccessful at that time.now the problem is that I have heard that use of misoprostol leads to malfunction or malformation of baby .can I know what type of malformation I will have with this baby?remember ultrasound report clears everything and said baby is normal.plx reply to me I will be thankul 2 u.maria

Misoprostol usually is used for stomach problems and induction of abortions cause cranial nerve defects also called mobius syndrome, its medical term (rarely detectable by ultrasonography), and limb abnormalities mainly.
