Can Modus 10 Cause Irregular Periods?

Hi doctor I recently got married and as my wedding date was colliding with my monthy periods i consulted a gynaec and she adviced me to take modus 10 twice a day for a week. as per her adviced i had the tablets and on stopping i got my postponed monthly periods after 5 days. the problem is in the same month after a gap of 10 days again i am facing monthly periods .My query is whether it is the side effect of the tablet and will it effect in not being pregnant as i want to become pregnant
