Can Monocef Be Taken With Paracetamol?

My mother (75) had contracted UTI, which she got rid of through use of Norflox 400, Monocef 200 mg and Alkasol for nearly a month in November. How often does she need to get her routine urine check up to know the malady is not resurfacing. Today she had some fever (may be due to cold) but can she take Monocef O 200 mg along with Paracetamol?
