Can Montelukast Reduce The Itching In Atopic Dermatitis?

my husband is suffering from atopic dermatitis for past 3 years.he was treated with topical steroids & azothiaprine.but still he scratches a lot &reacts during travel & stress.what to do to prevent it ?is montelukast useful in atopic dermatitis?please advise.
