Can Morphine And Gabapentin Cause False Positive On A Pregnancy Test?

Hi I am currently using a transdermal morphine patch and also taking gabapentin 400mg 3 times a day. I have for the past 2 weeks felt very pregnant and after 5 children I know how my body can feel. I have taken 4 pregnancy test and all have resulted in negative. Is it possible for these drugs I am taking to give me false readings. Thank you

Hello,

Morphine or gabapentin does not result in a false pregnancy test. You can opt for a beta HCG test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not.
