Can Nature S Bounty Softgel Taken During Pregnancy Cause Fetal Harm?

I have been taking natures bounty s hair, skin and nails 2 softgels (3333 mcg) every morning for 5 and a half weeks into my pregnancy. I only just read that they could be harmful to the baby. Please advise. I am very worried.I also take 1 folic acid tablet and 2softgels of fish oil in the evening

Hi, I think these are not harmful to the baby, but you should stop taking this now. Take some multivitamin specific to the pregnancy after discussing with your doctor. It would be better. Hope I have answered your question .
