Hello,

First of all, do not panic. Please get it checked from your treating doctor that you have normal ovarian status and patent fallopian tubes and your partner's semen analysis is within normal limits.

In my opinion, I will suggest you start with follicle study from day ten of the cycle. You can opt for IUI - Intrauterine insemination on the day of ovulation or opt for unprotected sexual activity on and around the day of ovulation. Opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Start on Folic acid and vitamin B-12 supplements regularly. It helps to prevent various complications during conception, pregnancy, and delivery.

Your treating doctor has rightly suggested you tablet Duphaston. It is a progesterone hormone tablet and helps support early pregnancy. If you do not get pregnant, then you will get a normal and regular menstrual cycle. Secondly, tablet Neodipar, helps to lower insulin resistance, it's action will be enhanced with the lifestyle changes mentioned above.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
