Underwent Bone grafting surgery 1 month back. 3 days back i noticed Puss on the stitch near the pelvic area, basically a stich abscess. The doctor has suggested this ointment called Su-Mag . Wanted to get a 2nd opinion on this? or should i treat the affected area with neospirin.

You need to apply Triple antibiotic ointment on the wound and if there is no betterment and the wound is big enough I will preferably suggest you to get a prescription for oral antibiotic like Cephalexin. Plus Ibuprofen by mouth.
Hope I answered all of your questions. Have a wonderful time ahead. Keep in touch for a follow-up too.
